Blur Instagram Filter + Slider UI (Materials for Spark AR)

This is the Spark AR tutorial how to create a censored like filter, when in Instagram you can see some content is labeled as "sensitive content" so now we can label any content as "sensitive" by ourselves. It is easy to do with Slider UI to change the amount of blur and the blur effect itself. I've also provided you the icon and text. There are also 2 patches to create a blur effect, you can choose which one you prefer more.
